National Program Director Shlomo Lipetz started his City Winery career as Talent Buyer for the NYC club, putting the location on the map as one of the leading clubs in the world. Among the variety of diverse concerts he has programmed, Shlomo has booked artists including Prince, Neil Young, Paul Simon, Natalie Cole, David Crosby, Graham Nash, Esperanza Spalding, and Rufus Wainwright. Shlomo currently oversees City Winery’s national programming efforts, directing local Talent Buyers and coordinating exclusive multi-venue concert tours with artists such as Marianne Faithfull, Sinéad O’Connor, Joan Armatrading, John McCauley of Deer Tick, and Emmylou Harris & Rodney Crowell.
